The White Squadron

The Remarkable Women of the White Squadron

This is the story of a courageous team of pilots defying all odds to tip the scales of good over evil during World War II. Based on true events and featuring actual historical characters, the twist lies in this ragtag band of heroes—they are all women. They saved tens of thousands of souls, their entire country, but they couldn’t save themselves.

“The White Squadron” is a classical war film, with an ensemble cast, in the style of “The Great Escape” and “The Dirty Dozen”, which invites the viewer to step right into the heart of some of the most famous WW2 battlefields. Today, as history repeats itself and Europe faces its most challenging times since the 1940s, our documentary film unveils the remarkable true story of a courageous group of women who shattered barriers to serve on the frontline in a male-dominated war.

In a world overshadowed by terror and death, these unsung heroines defy expectations, saving lives, instilling hope, and leaving an indelible mark on aviation history. Their journey is a powerful testament to resilience, breaking through the shadows to illuminate a path of courage for all.
